What a league night looks like
You arrive, throw for about thirty minutes to warm up, then the matches start. Each week you face several opponents from the schedule; the scores go into the standings and your personal averages build week over week.
What surprises most newcomers is how fast you improve throwing three hours a week with the same people. Week eight looks nothing like week one, and the final is played in front of everybody.

Do I need experience to join?
No. Every season has complete beginners, and the league format is the fastest way to get good.
What does entry include?
All eight weeks, the three weekly hours, the coaching, the ranked matches and the final.
What if I miss a week?
Tell the team: depending on the schedule a match can often be made up. An unannounced absence counts as a loss.
Can we sign up as a group?
Yes. Plenty of people join in twos and threes — you’re still opponents in the standings, which is the best part.
When does the next season start?
Upcoming season dates appear in the registration widget further down this page.
