Before you book.
Is this beginner-friendly?
Yes, and most people who book are beginners. Your coach demonstrates the motion, corrects your technique and stays with you through the session.
How long is the session?
All three regular packages are 60 minutes of throwing. Arrive 10 minutes before your chosen time for training and the waiver.
What should I wear?
Closed-toe shoes, no heels or platforms. It’s the one requirement, and it applies to anyone who has only come to watch as well.
Can I cancel or move my booking?
Free of charge up to 48 hours before your booked time. After that, call us at 514 303-7243 and we’ll see what’s possible.
Is tax included?
No. Prices are per person, before tax.
Bringing 21 people or more?
Book a private event instead: up to 60 guests, 10 targets and a full tournament, from $1200 plus tax.
Can we pay on site?
Online bookings are paid at the time of booking. Extras at the bar are paid on site.
What if we arrive late?
The session still ends at its scheduled time, because the next slot is booked. Call us if you’re on your way and we’ll do what we can.
