Organising it without losing a week
One person organises it, and it takes an email. Give us the date, the headcount, the start time and the end time you want: the quote comes back with the price, a timed run of show and the catering options, ready to put in front of whoever approves it.
The format that works best for a company group: arrive with a drink, training in small groups, half an hour of open practice, then a tournament with a real bracket. The final is played in front of everybody, which gives you the photo and the clean end point an event needs.

How many colleagues can you host?
Up to 20 on a regular booking, and 21 to 60 as a private event.
Can beginners take part?
Yes, and most participants are. The coach teaches the technique before matches begin.
Can we take over the venue?
Yes, from 21 guests: all 10 targets, the bar and the lounge.
Do you provide a company invoice?
Yes, with a purchase order if your process needs one. Mention it in the request.
Is catering available?
Yes. Menus from Memento can be added to your event.
What should we wear?
Closed-toe shoes, no heels or platforms. It’s the one requirement and it applies to everyone, including spectators who come near the lanes.
