- 01Full training
- 0260 minutes of throwing
- 03Several axe types
- 04Optional games
Is there a minimum age?
There is no fixed minimum age. The important question is whether the guest can safely handle the axe and follow the coach’s instructions. For younger children, contact us before booking: we’ll tell you honestly whether it suits them, and adapt the equipment and the flow. Minors are always accompanied by an adult.
Is it safe for teenagers?
Yes. Every session begins with training, only one person throws at a time, and the coach supervises the lane from start to finish.
Do we need to be strong?
No. Technique and precision matter far more than strength, which is why kids often beat the adults.
What should we wear?
Closed-toe shoes without heels or platforms, for everybody, including anyone just watching.
