In short

This site belongs to Rage Axe Throwing (Rage Academy), 1436 rue Atateken, Montréal, QC H2L 3L3. We collect the minimum: what you write in a form, and — only if you agree — anonymised traffic statistics.

No measurement cookie is set before you click “Accept”. If you decline, the site works in exactly the same way.

What we collect

• Quote form: your name, your email, and if you provide them your phone, company, date, guest count and message. It reaches us so we can answer your request, and for nothing else.
• Online booking: handled by Off The Couch, our booking and payment provider. Your details and payment are collected by them, on their servers, under their own policy.
• Analytics: Google Analytics, only after your consent, with IP anonymisation. We see pages and trends, never identified people.
• Technical logs: our host keeps standard request logs for security and availability.

What we don’t do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information.
• We do not run targeted advertising based on your visit to this site.
• We set no advertising cookies.

Your consent

The privacy banner asks you one thing: allow or refuse analytics. Your choice is stored in your own browser and is not sent anywhere.

You can change it at any time by clearing this browser’s site data for this domain; the banner reappears on your next visit.

How long we keep your data

A quote request is kept for as long as it takes to run your event and the accounting period that follows. [TO BE CONFIRMED BY THE OPERATOR: the retention period the business actually applies.]

Booking data is retained by Off The Couch under their own schedule.

Your rights

You have the right to see the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to ask for it to be deleted. You may also withdraw consent to analytics at any time.
