What a buyout includes
The $1200 starting price covers 90 minutes for a group of up to 30: all 10 targets, the coaches, the training, the tournament and the whole room. Above 30 guests the session runs to 150 minutes and the price scales with the headcount — which is what the quote prices exactly.
A typical run of show: welcome and waivers, training in groups at the targets, open practice, qualifiers, then a knockout final on the centre target while everybody watches. Memento can deliver catering before the final, which is usually the right moment.

What deposit is required?
The deposit and payment schedule are confirmed with your quote — it depends on group size and date.
Can we extend the event?
Yes. We can quote a custom duration; just tell us the end time you want.
What catering is available?
Memento offers shareable selections and can accommodate several dietary restrictions.
What is the cancellation policy?
Private events require at least 14 days’ notice for a refund.
Can we bring our own music?
Yes. During a buyout the room plays your playlist.
Do we need experience?
None. The session opens with full training and the coach stays with your group. Most guests stick their first axe within ten minutes.
What should we wear?
Closed-toe shoes, no heels or platforms. It’s the one requirement and it applies to everyone, including spectators who come near the lanes.
